I get my results on 10 Aug .......... and won't be surprised to be told that I am being sent for another biopsy, by a surgeon this time. They seem to continue to believe that it is benign, but there is still this 2% or so chance that it isn't.

Hi Sylvia, yes I felt really bad for her as she is usually such a happy little thing.

Hopefully your results will be all clear and you won't have to worry about anything then.

Today is very overcast and cost, yesterday was absolutely beautiful like a Spring Day, one of those days you just want to be outside. Have the heater on today!

Buttermilk Dollar Pancakes, French toast, Maple syrup, Saskatoon Berry Fruit Syrup,

Peach Yoghurt, Orange Yoghurt


Toast (sourdough, rye, white, whole grain, 100% brown, Hovis, gluten free), croissants, bagels, cranberry & orange muffins, barm cakes,


Jams, jellies, Ginger marmalade, marmite, peanut butter, vegemite

I was just trying to force my eyes to open wide enough so I could see to find my griddle pan when I smelt that lovely breakfast.............. Yuummmm!!!!!!!

It's SO good to be back to normal again, and - 'little fat pancakes' - What a bonus - I haven't had those for ages.............

My daughter used to get a lot of ear infections Grace, and she is allergic to Penicillin too. Horrible infection to have so I feel so sorry for your little one and for you. Hopefully all cleared up soon.

Hi all, ooohhh I am up in your daytime!

Thanks for your good wishes for my girl. She is much better today, I got on the internet and looked up what she had been given, as she hasn't been eating and hardly drinking and it says that Bactrim causes you to lose your appetite.

I've been trying to entice her with little bits of food and water or juice, but she is much better thank goodness. She got out of bed on Saturday morning and walked off and was standing trying to get out of the front door. She was really hot so I think she must have been a bit delirious.

Cynthia, did your daughter have any problems with any of the other alternatives? She has only needed an alternative a couple of times, but this one is a sulphur based one and she seems to have a bit of a rash on her neck. It really limits things when you can't have penacillin. Neither her father nor I are allergic, so not sure where that came from.

Did anyone see the footage of the royal wedding? We have only had a little on tv on the news...did anyone see if Eugenie and Beatrice looked a bit more normal this time.

I love weddings as well....and new babies..makes you feel that life is nice and worthwhile :-)

Hi Grace. Am trying to remember about penicillin etc. I have a feeling she is also allergic to Septrin. I agree that it's a pain as none of us have a problem with it..



There really wasn't much at all on the Zara's wedding but she did look nice. Not sure that I saw E and B ??????

OH is allergic to penicillin, but he has not had any reaction to other antibiotics.

We just have to be very careful that it is on his records when he goes into hospital, has a new doctor, etc.


If your little one is getting a rash and you think it is from the drug, I would suggest that you contact the doctor again and see if there is something else they can give her.
