Maz with the registration window. Are you able to click on option which says "Remind Me Later or register later".

I have the same problem with microsoft products. I have contacted the company and talked to the techs and they agree I have a bought copy of the programs. It just won't register properly. I just click remind me later. Don't know if Adobe does the same thing.

Contact them and ask. They are usually very obliging when it comes to helping clients.

By the way. I now have a large Friends Reunited ad at the bottom of my screen and one at the top. GR is meat in a sandwich!!

I have eventually got my exported tree, but GR could only do it by sending it themselves via e-mail. It just wasn't working automatically, although they were suggesting it was going into my spam box. It was nowhere to be seen in my spam box and i had four attempts.

Oh well, at least I have it now and it may encourage me to start all over again with my search!

Question without notice No 73!! How does one change the focus person in a GR tree. When I GEDCommed it from Ancestry the person on the page in view came up as the focus person. I had deleted myself as the home/focus person. Don't suppose it really mattters.
