Someone claimed that Boris is a snollygoster. True or false?

For the most part, if one of us had such a rickety (my description) life as Boris, we'd be the 'talk of the place' but it would not have any impact on national and international transactions so it would not matter a jot.

The crux is that a PM needs a settled family life in order to concentrate on home and foreign affairs rather than tangled love affairs. Boris and his crew know that, hence the firefighting exercise in today's newspapers.

He has learned that to win he has needed to tone down his appearance and has tidied up his act recently but if previous performances in journalism and government are anything to judge by, we are in for a rocky road if he is elected.

He'll go all out to keep the rich happy because he'll need a job when it's all over - sounds familiar, doesn't it?

On this, I agree entirely with Max and you, Rollo. (Even though you didn't say you agreed with him.)

But also we don't need Hunt for PM either.he ruined the NHS and now the bloody country if he gets the job.

Lord Kerslake, long time head of the Civil Service, said yesterday that nodeal brexit was delusional and dangerous regardless of who sought to deliver on it. Meanwhile the 0.06% of the country who are card carrying Tories are happy to see the UK disintegrate so long as they get their brexit. Utter madness.
