It's a beautiful day here, though a very hard frost overnight.

Maz, S*******y's sell Ginger Marmalade. I usually get it for my neighbour. Never tried it myself. Love ginger biscuits and use it in cooking but not keen otherwise, although it is supposed to be good for you!

You are lonely poor little thread. Has Her Maj gone off and left you for the weekend.

Never mind, I am sure she will be back before too much longer and Aunty will be updating us on the CPs behaviour and the floods.

DET I have a list of cooking equivalents which could go onto the cookie thread. You OK with that.

It is miserable cold wet and windy here. We have had lots of rain and are in for more today. It is a public holiday for horsey racing, but I am going into work a bit later so I can work in peace and quietness. The CPs aren't back from interstate yet. Need to be back by next weekend and the vrooom, vrooom car races.

YG Are you there. Would you go to the Chat board and to the Name Change thread and tell poor Allam how to change his name back to Allan. He is having a bad time with being mistaken for a newbie.

Thank goodness OH has lost interest in grand prix. The weeeeeee weeeeeeeeee from the next room used to drive me potty!

LG can probably give some insight into racing if you ask her - lol!

her maj never made it back from the camp patrol at night must have been too tiring .it is lovely bright and light here but minus 5 however i am washing clening and getting ready for work again .

I've got the 2nd load of BM's suitcase contents on the go. Swear that some of them weren't worn, but he upended the whole lot in the laundry basket. At least he is responsible for his own ironing.
(He returned with all 4 limbs intact thank goodness)

Janeycanucks Ultimate Cookie thread on Chat. It's got bogged down in weight/cup conversions. American/Can cups are different to UK and AZ ones. Throw in imperial, fluid oz and metric and everyone is confused - lol

Hi all, not muddy at all as we were in a proper guiding hall. We don't do camping !!!! LOL. If I got down on the ground to sleep I could not get up again PMSL. I am shattered but came back to a lovely tidy house NOT!!!! So off now to try and fight my way through the grunge. Be back on later take care one and all x

Maz, of course frog can't keep up with you!! Whatever women do they must do twice as well as men to be thought half as good. Luckily this is not difficult for us!!!

Thank you YG it's nice to be back but who left my throne room in an awful mess. Come on own up!! Spent all day dusting and vacuuming up the crumbs. Lots of spills on the lovely red and white carpet too. Shame on you all I can't leave you for a couple of days without you running amok !!
