Gorgeous and sunny here, all the bulbs are coming out and my gardening is flowering away madly, completely out fo season but must be because we have had soooo much rain lately!

I know, I think I will be on tonight, I'm trying to work out how to order a record of an inquest from our public records when you can only perform a physical search at the archive office but you have to order the right file in advance..which you can't do unless you perform a seach etc etc!

It's all doing my head in today. I know there is lots of information there but it is so tricky to get my head around, lol could just be me slowing down in my older age!

Blimmin breakfast....

I went off to do our dinner and got distracted.... and I had a bit of bovver getting back on to the page.. grrrhh .

So there is Soda bread, wholemeal, gluten free, multi-grain and ciabatta.

The rest is up to you: There is the sandwich maker/jaffal maker to make toasted sandwiches; Ingredients, creamed corn, pineapple, ham, bacon, tinned salmon, sardines, creamed cheese, cheddar, tomatoes and avocadoes.

Don't want that well there is strawberry jam, cape gooseberry jam, quince jelly, orange marmalade, marmite and meat paste. Butter, can't believe it is not butter and olivani.

Coffee, tea, sparkling mineral water, bitter lemon, and tomato juice.

Cakes: Black forest gateau and passionfruit cheesecake with whipped cream for later.

Oh well, I'll grab a bit of dry bread and eat in the car :(

Why don't you put creamed corn with cheese... there will be herbs in the cupboard..... thyme is nice with creamed corn and cheese.
Avocado and cream cheese, or tomatoes and avocadoes and cheese etc...

I expect you to use your imagination... fossick around and bung some onion marmalade with your tomatoes.. I am sure I can find some rocket or spinach leaves and feta... how's that.
