I was hoping for the F Song

I noticed 8 episodes late, that one of my very favourite 1970S dramas was being aired on the channel TalkingPictures .....
But I managed to catch up as all the episodes are on YouTube :-D

What a way to spend a day off - talking for over 3 hours on the phone to a bank about a financial product that needed extending - in theory should be a few mins call but they have to go through everything.

Now he is doing all the paperwork and calling me back at 3 to have a 30 min call to confirm I am happy with what was decided this morning.

Doing my head in all of this

Moral of the story - read everything at least twice before you sign anything - if they make an error get it fixed as soon as you can dont leave it and think it will be ok.

I'm not conscious of ever hearing it before, although over the years I have said that catch phrase "They're coming to take me away ha ha" so I possibly did hear it when I was a child. I was 9 when it came out.

My childhood village is called Ferryside. It's 9 miles from Carmarthen.
It's on the Towy Estuary.
