I am attempting to send an email via your feedback link. All areas are complete yet each time I try to send I am getting a message telling me to complete all fields. I have tried again several times so will now post my letter on her instead. " Why is the 'currently on page...' missing from the pages now. Very confusing when you go through as you tend to read pages twice. I, along with many others, also disagree with the name change of the site. I am finding connections to my family. I am not and do not intend to be reunited with dead ancestors whilst using this site. I will save that for when I too am dead. I do realise that many have met up with or found out about long lost siblings and parents, but that is a bonus for them and not the original intention of this site. If that is the area you want to go down, then perhaps create a seperate site for that purpose. But please leave this site as it has been." Jacky |

I'm still waiting for a response to three emails I sent - the first of which was over two weeks ago - despite getting the "we will contact you in two days" garbage after each message. Get the act together GR(rrrr) - some long time members are starting to get pretty hacked off |

Well I have just been on Colins new site, and I must say it looks very good. And I think GENES CONNECTED are going to lose a lot of customers through their own stupidity. They dont listen and they dont care. They dont even offer a explanation. Look at yesterday for instance, they put a message on saying that as most people call it reunited now they are going to change it. A few hours later they have changed it. GENES CONNECTED WHY WONT YOU LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS? AND WHY WONT YOU ANSWER? |

Well that is a stupid reply that I have ever heard. They are trying to attract new customers. but surely the new customers will be thinking it,s a site to catch up with old family and friends. That answer is not good enough. And I still havnt had a reply, obliously it will be the same as that one. Debbie |

I asked them that very question - Do they only want people who are looking for long lost LIVING relatives. Do they not want those of us doing Family History ? Who did they ask when the did their research ? Certainly NOT the people who are already PAYING FOR and using this site. Can you see the steam ? Sue |

Terri, I have got the same email from GC/GR. What a load of ********! (insert any expleative you care to) They have not listened as they have already changed the name (see logo at top left of page). I am not happy and I don't think anyone else will be either. It's just a ploy to bring in more money. Grrrrrrrrr! Viv. By the way, it took 2 whole minutes to add this message!!!!! GC/GR pull your fingers out and sort it. |
