Had a long distance phone call earlier. Eldest and son in law are returning to the UK in Nov. The job got so stressful, he is on medication. Still, he has a multinational skill at a high level, and has already been offered a contractual short term job. just as well we've decorated BM's bedroom!

If this post duplicates, I'm just going to delete it, cos it's a real flaff having to edit. Grrrr.

It will be lovely having them back in the UK DET. A whole family again? Just hope that BM doesn't return too or you'll be seconded to the settee!!

Peeps in around the door..... Is there any sign of that little Gremlin Sweetpea ??????. He has had a whale of a time around here yeaterday if things could go wrong they went wrong LOL. Nothing drastic though thank goodness. Scuttles of into space behind throne with a net to catch the little b****r as he passes by.

Eldest + 1 are only intending to stay with us for a few days, then go and live with his parents as they have more room and are more cat friendly (their 2 jet setting moggies are coming back as well). Obviously, they will get their own place when he's got a new permanent/long term job, where ever that will be. Who knows, it could be Australia. Aunty could end up with visitors after all, if they did lol!

Still having a few problems with a jumping cursor this morning that's what makes me think Sweetpea is lurking somewhere. Just plugging in my super duper radar to try and find him !!

Been a busy bee today. Went to town this lunchtime for an eye test and needed a double brandy by the time I walked out of the door!! Done some gardening and all my ironing. Now cooking dinner!!

morning i watched some of the concert inbetween dozing off its a very breezy grey day so far here have got my washing going though

Morning - gave up with the internet yesterday; kept going off line and if you move the ancient lappy, it shuts itself down. Spare part to arrive today, then hopefully we can sort out the ASDL line.

Enjoy getting messy and the resulting mess. Think my opticians appointment is in Dec. Just what you need! As these glasses are falling apart, they need replacing. Didn't bother last time as the prescription had only changed a little bit. Hope they have a BOGOF at the time lol

Oh dear, everyone seems to have had some problems. Just as well LG used the catapult to send Sweetpea on a holiday, lets hope he stays there. Our electric went off yesterday for no apparent reason, seems to be OK now though.
