I have just accidently overwritten my Legacy databse with another persons information. Luckily for me I have all the info on Ancestry and so I just gedcommed it back again. Just goes to show you can be too flipping smart with this computer business.

At least you didn't have to do a complete rebuild! On here, mine was originally only my side. Then I started off line on OH's family. I thought that as long as there was a mutual connecting person, you could merge 2 trees on line.

Had to upload my original, complete with living people cos I couldn't work out who they were, then manually add on OH's. Grrr.

Tiring day - 'work', shopping, painting the lumps of coal (visitation tomorrow) and still have to sort out dinner. Would have been slightly better if sleep was available in more than in 7 hour chunks. Can't remember how we used to cope when working full time!

Do the mice in Maz's area really use the loo and go to school? If they are so posh why is the cat chasing them around. Surely they would have come to some territorial agreement by now!!

That is the question YG. Exactly where am I related. I can go forward but not backward because I do not know which FW or WF Hill he is. He did use the FW names exclusively in all documentation I just need to find when he was born and when he died. Inconsequential stuff really, should be easy!!
