I'm home all done. I have so many cists they didn't even atempt to asperate any of them. He said I'd be like a pin cushion. I did get very worried when I went in to see the Dr and the nurse went to get another Dr. I thought this is it. I have some bad news coming now. They both looked at the pictures and I lay there nearly being sick! |

Just a quick hello to you all and apologies if I have not responded to calls, messages, pms or emails etc, I had so many jokes from various people my box was full and I had made a very special effort to leave room in case I got a response from anyone in Liverpool, I had a message put in the paper trying to contact any relatives of my Gt Uncle who stayed in Liverpool when he fell in love and got married, he was a Stone mason who was apprenticed to his dad, my Great Grandfather, and together they worked on Liverpool Cathedral as well as Chester and many other places. I am really tired with all the travelling in the heat and one night in the hotel there was a lot of trouble from some members of a stag do, and they had to be evicted in the morning because of the noise and damage they had caused. We were woken almost every hour on Sat night so disappointing as hotel was nice otherwise, rooms overlooking the docks and the water. |

Had some joy to my life today, a flock of satin bower birds have arrived in our yard. Have not seen them in large numbers for a couple of years. I have been sitting at my kitchen window watching them all morning. |

Oh Gail, I am so jealous, I would love that. It is something to make you feel better and keep you resting as I know you love your birds. Have you read any of Ann of Glos thread on birds? It's really interesting and you could tell us about your different types over there. It's 'do the birds know something we don't'. |

Hi Caz, so sorry you had to go without your medication, really bad management on the doctors part. It is difficult to get in to see the doctor here at times, but they will always organise a prescription when I am getting short. I would hate to not have mine when I am desperate. |

Sorry all, not been on much what with the holiday (4 weeks), when I was on occasionally and then getting everything sorted once we got home. You should have seen the garden - or perhaps not! What a jungle!, then 5 loads of washing, ironing, all the unpacking. Now the house need a good clean, it is never ending. had a meeting this morning so now have the minutes to do and then there is the Swansea meet at the weekend so that is another night away. |

Well donerGail for sticking up for yourself. It's not always easy when talking to people who you think know better than yourself. But you knew better this time. You can live without the threat of snakes thank you very much! Too right they should foot the bill for the extra work that now needs doing. Good on you Gail xx |

Hi Carole, I to have fibrocystic breasts and does not help when they are squished, it will take a few days to settle. I do not think there is any benefit from removal as you tend to get more as time goes by. Evening primrose oil in capsules will help a little, but you need to take it every day. The breast clinic put me on to it. Also, try and get your bras fitted and not off the wrack as this also helps if they are supported properly. |

Mornin', I'm not sure whether to laugh or cry - you know one of those days where I wonder - what else can happen - have had 2 falls in the past few days, the first when I catapaulted over a pile of tomato cages in the garden, the seond yesterday when the dog splashed water from her bowl, onto the ceramic tile floor, I didn't see it and went flying on the opposite side from the first fall. Now both hips are bruised and my shoulder & shoulder blade haven't recovered from the first spill. had a lovely afternoon yesterday - started planting veggie plants and seeds, it started to rain, so i gave one of the kids the box of seed packets and asked her to take them inside. never thought about them till I went upstairs this morning. All my lovely seeds are spread all over the counter, all mixed up, with the tops of the packets neatly cut off by Miss Sarah, apparently when she was up at 4am. Not sure how much i can rescue, as they were all in the sink . . . . I hate waste and all i could think of was how much the packets cost. However - Sarah did cut them very neatly . . . getting good at fine motor control - last evening for the very first time she took an independent shower, no prompts, no assistance, after 10 years she can bath herself. |
