Hopefully when the kids are back at school, as I'll probably be on holiday before that, maybe around Isobel's 2nd visit to Scotland? Christine

Hi All, I would love to join you for your wee gathering!! I did arrange one last year which went very well. We met for lunch on a Sunday in a nice little place in Grangemouth. We found that very central for the members that were joining us at that time. Here are the pics - http://groups.msn(.)com/TheBurnettDrummondFamily/shoebox.msnw If you have a look at thread 282022, you can pick up some of the names that were interested at that time. If you have the time, maybe write to them directly. I have also listed below some of the names that were there or wanted to be there - Margaret Drummond - Edinburgh Jackie McNulty - Glasgow Fay Connelly - Glasgow Valerie Gobie - Rosyth Anna Stephenson - Dunfermline Zoe Linkson - Hamilton Eleanor Ward - Perth Karen Frame - Kirkcaldy MAYBE Ann Townsley - Aberdeen Andrew McCandlish NOT AVAILABLE Sue Halkett - Rosyth Elizabeth Halstead - Kirkcaldy Robert Grieg - Ayrshire Debra Shaw - Fife Annette Peppiatt Siobhan Clarke Pauline van der Merwe - Port Seton As I live in Edinburgh, I picked up a few people along the way and also picked up the Fifers by South Queensferry. I am very happy to do that again. I can pick up to 6 people if I can make the date that you are arranging. A weekend would suit me best. Regards Margaret

Few fifers and surrounding areas.....I drive so can take another 4 in my car! Will have my diary to hand this evening and try and throw about a couple of dates. Do people prefer meeting in the evening for a drink or somewhere during the day for lunch? Seems there are more than enough to go ahead with it so lets get this show on the road!!!!! Jill x

Hi I live in Dunfermline and am really keen to meet up with everone. The only problem I have is that I am having to go on holiday with my mum on 2nd Aug until approx 7th.She has gone to Blackpool for the last 18 years or so and wants to return to meet up with close friends and with my dad having passed away on 1st May does not want to go alone so I feel I have to go although I do not really like Blackpool. If the date is before or after the above dates count me in if not hopefully we will have another at xmas time and I can attend then.I do not drive so we love to share a car with someone and pay toward the petrol

Hi Jill, I think that a lunch-time weekend meet up would be best. Gives people time to get there and time to get home again without having to arrange accomodation. It would also save people like myself who are working full time from taking a day off. I know it's not easy finding a date to suit all. Been there - done that :o)) Regards Margaret
