hi guys, i'm feeling much better now, tho' i did'nt when i got up this morning, so i've been out and spent the birthday money i got "off some"! then a friend phoned me this afternoon and we had a good natter, at least i still have my friends on here and at home even if my family arn't bothered! i should know better, it happens every year with out fail, even on my sons birthday, he's 27, but he did'nt even get a card for his 21st, only off me and mum! oh well, when birthdays and christmas come round,i'll just conveinatly "forget" form now on!! cheers everyone, chris. |

Just logged on, sorry I missed your Birthday. Are you feeling better now. I too have thyroid problems, slightly over but because I am gaining weight and not loosing I don't want medication. I also have diabetes and more weight would be a disaster. Lifes good though, so please keep smiling. Susan |

thank you, all of you!! feeling a bit better now, it's so nice to have people to talk to on here. Patricia, i know what you mean, if they forgot mums(there nan) birthday she would have something to say!!!! cos it's me it's a different story!!!! if i say anything,i'm in the wrong!!!!!!! i think my son would forget only for me throwing little hints and reminders! and my mum reminds him. one of my nieces went on holiday recently with her 2 little boys,and i bought the boys T shirts, i did'nt get one word of thanks for them!!!!! i'll know better next time, i won't do it again! chris. |

Hi Christine Think I've just managed to squeeze in another happy birthday wish before it's too late! Did your day get better as it went on? I hope you soon get your thyroid under control; it can take some time but I'm sure you'll get there in the end. My mother also has the same problem but eventually the doctors have managed to bring it back into balance. I'm sure the next year will be a better one for you. Best regards Helen |
