Red Door is as bad as Poison..have a girlfriend who used to use them on alternate days whilst we were driving around Ireland, until one day I couldn't stand the overpowering pong any longer and stopped the car and threatened to chuck her out! Like Viv I hate the smell of any vanilla based perfumes. Another one I can't stand is Opium, it's so sickly. My favourites for daytime ii Eau De Lancome and night-time love Shiseido, Burberry Tender Touch or Romance by Ralph Lauren. My all time favourite was an inexpensive perfume by Max Factor called Geminesse but they don't make it anymore. Christine

Chanel No 5 smells like cat's wee on me, and when I was younger boyfriends always bought me that, I hadn't the heart to tell them.

I love Angel, It smells of chocolate a bit,and I use it every day.Ive just bought a refill bottle of it.(I spray it on my pillows lol)The kids always buy me angel gift sets for my birthday or Christmas. I also like "Oh de Moschino"Thats nice for daytimes for a change from the Angel lol Anna :-)

hi i love perfume, my favorite was tramp by lentheric but they stopped selling it, i have l'air de temps which is nice, i find the more expensive the perfume the worse it smells on me. lol sandra

My faves are Gucci & Jean Paul Gaultier, only for night out though!! I hate women who wear really heavy 'nightime' perfume in the day, and you can smell it after they've gone for about half an hour!!!

Yes, I think Poison had to be one of the worst perfumes ever made - bleugh!! Being pregnant made my sense of smell very keen, and at that time I couldn't bear anyone to wear perfume near me, I used to heave. Even now, 16 years later, I can't bear people overdoing the perfume, especially those 'smells like' ones lol. Anything too strong either gives me a migraine or turns my stomach over. I usually wear Lancome's Miracle. Mandy :)

Have only used two for about 30 years - Chanel No.5 and Estee - the Youth Dew used to smell like mildew when I put it on.

I hated estee lauder youth dew, it always gave me a really bad headache and made me feel sick if anyone wore it.
