Yes Canada has the RCAF but Canada pays for it so quite how that proves Scotland can have their own forces....

I live in Scotland, I am under 40 as is Mr Owl and both of us are British and proud. Had Scotland got independence the first time round they would have been out of the EU and have had to reapply as an independent country. That is something that the SNP like to forget.

Um actually, Canada dropped the R from RCAF some years ago. It is now the CAF (or FAC for French speakers).

Don't worry about the army Florence, Scots would still be welcome. Our army has many Irishmen and have always been welcomed.
