Yes, I can normally book days off at quite short notice, so that wouldn't be a problem, but I would need to book early on the train if we meet in London.

I need to check term dates as they will be different now it has gone over to an Academy. it will be fine for external exams, but it does depend if they are running yr 9 internals - Progress Tests aka the defunct SATS.

anyway, glad the pressure will be lifted in a few weeks LG. Let's hope no one else leaves. Edit - YG, not LG, although she seems to thrive on pressure lol

When exactly *is* Easter next year? Looking at the Academy calendar, they seem to have end of term Friday 8 April 2011, next term starting Tuesday 26 April 2011, which seems sort of Easterish.

Yes, I think it's a lot warmer down there, you'd need fur knickers on if you came up here in winter.

just had froggy over he was off today so as i was waiting for the boiler to be serviced .we have been nattering
