We have finally recruited a replacement for our admin team, but she has to give four weeks notice, so that blows me out of the equation for a meet, as I can't take any holidays until mid November.

Any suggestions for dates after the New Year when the weather won't put any of us at major risk!

You're right about sorting it Maz. The pressure is terrible at the moment and we've got another five weeks to go before she starts and has completed the induction process. Then it will be teaching her the ropes, so no peace for quite a while yet. Only good thing is that I can take some time off mid November and rest my eyes and weary body for a few days without staring at the computer (apart from this one, of course!)

perhaps we can meet weather permitting at some point we can do that at shorter notice .
