Think I've found the 1891 census for the Brotherton family, so will put it on the Ask the Nutters thread and any 1911 appropriate census there.

In between supervising a curry cook in, just so OH doesn't make it too hot, or too much of it. Portion size is not his foray lol

edit - forte, even!

Hope he pays you the going rate - lol.

Only had a chance to spend a bit of time looking for the Brothertons in 1911. The results are on the thread on History.

That was really smart. Not. Type a lovely good morning message about moving stuff from this thread to that thread and about leaking taps and freezing cold weather and then forgot to hit submit.

What I said was, o never mind. Off to do things. Catch you all later.

The office is just wreaking havoc with me at the moment, so apologies for not being around as much as usual.

AuntySherlock Report 9 Jun 2010 22:11

OK All. Information moved to the Ask the Nutters thread. I've cleaned up and painted the empty bits on the thread. In red blue and gold of course.

Good morning to you all. I know about office and havoc YG. Just about to go in early so I can beat the multitude and do something before the questions start.

*SHOUTS FROM BEHIND THE CURTAIN*

I'M FINE LAGOONER, HOW ARE YOU?

Miss Aunty asked me for a thread for my Brothertons but I don't know where to put them.

YES, I did know Mr James name, but he didn't show in 1901 in UK or Australia and until I found him 1911 I thought he was died.

I have them married 41 years, 10 children and 3 died! AARRGGHHH

Sarah Ellen - 1871
Ada - 1872
James Edward - 1875 (not a good soldier, fights alot)
David - 1877 - 1907
Kate - 1879
Fred - 1881 - 1896
Clifford - 1883
Annie - 1885
Ethel - 1887 - 1895
Jesse - 1890 (unfit in 1917)

Oh look I did it again!!! I need a new hiding spot now. BOO HOO HOO

RMS You will get your botty smacked. As LG said all your info is on Ask the Nutters on History. Hopefully you will have found it by now but I will nudge it for you. Then you can copy and paste your latest bit of info onto there.

Hi everyone else. Daughters renovations are likewise coming along. Has a bit a tiling to do, a wooden floor to install and a few other things. Yes I said she was ambitious. We are officially in winter and of course the weather is obeying the principle that it rains, is cold and wet and miserable in winter.
