Guiding cookies are scrummy rms sent our Rainbows some last year.

Hi! Do you ever take a quick glance at something and wonder "what the flaming 'ell is that?"

I walked into my bathroom. It is just breaking dawn here and I didn't switch on the light, so it was still fairly dark. I glanced down into the bath and saw something lying on the bottom of the bath tub.

It looked like a mass of wriggling maggots about the size of your palm.

What the!! Oh heavens I've never seen that before. How did they get there. Looks up at the ceiling and down at the plug hole. Then switches on the light.




It's the woven, ornate metal cover from my pot pourri jar which sits on the window ledge. The window was slightly open and the curtain has blown across the top of the jar and knocked off the cover. And I do remember hearing a strange metallic bump last night.

Oh well nothing wrong with me. It'll be fairies at the bottom of the garden next!!

Hello you lot. I'm going for the record. Been on this computer all day. Still in my jamas, not done anything except, search, type, eat, and , oh yes took the washing off the line.

I love having a me, me, me day.


Warning. I think Derek has two threads. I found one of them and was going to give him one of my problem saplings to play with but I reckon he has enough to deal with. How he finds time to think about suspenders and stockings, fishnet or otherwise, is beyond me.

Now I really think I should have about a half hour break from here. Need to do something about tidying up the shambles.

Well I did clean the carpet last night. I put my tea on the desk next to the computer. Well I thought I did, but I missed just by that much. Remember the law of inverse falling. A falling plate always lands upside down. Spot would have made short work of the mess. But then he's not here is he. OH would have laughed, but he's not here either.
