The birth cert tells us that Alice had not been married before she married George so that we neen a marriage of George Wheeldon to Alice Talbot. I have checked the full indexes from the 1901 census to Albert's birth and there is no such marriage then - so they should be married on the 1901 census. There are three George Wheeldons with wife Alice on the 1901 one married to Alice Jane living in Melton Mowbray is a confectioner's assistant so I think we discount him secondlyone living in Buxton is a slater's labourer and the one already found living Tutbury who is awaggoner on farm. Considering that two years after this you want the family in Tutbury and George being agricultural then it has to be the last one. The only family of Wheeldons living in Tutbury in 1901 were George and Alice so I think this has to be the family. I would get the marriage cert of George and Alice to get her parents. In due course I would look for the deaths of George and Alice - do you know where and can you or any of your family narrow down the range for their deaths? Otherwise it could be a long job finding them. I
