The last name of Lucy is Vincent and she married Vira Magee and their children are correct according to the 1861 cencus, Job has not been born yet. George is my GGrand Father and according to his birth certificate Uriah (Vira) is his father. We know that Uriah left Lucy, for the gold fields of Canada, but don't know when, It seems that he might have left between 1861 aqnd 1871 if in 1871 she is the husband of Peter Martin. Lucy might have remarried because the ship Uriah was suppose to be on sank and all hand were lost. He was on a later ship, so the story goes. I do not think Lucy married Peter Martin but I can't find any clues to Lucys where abouts and where does George Willoughby come in and why did all the younger Magees change their names from Magee. Thanks for opening some doors but the waters are still muddy. I wonder if they will ever be clear.
