Many thanks to all who helped me to untangle this! There were a lot of Broughtons in that area, and a lot of common first names. I have a much clearer picture now of my ancestors and will continue to delve into even more of them. I now have it all sorted out, thanks to those who helped me. If anyone needs any info. on my two families, they are welcome to it. Regards, Doreen Harrison, nee Booth. |
