I believe you are correct about me having the wrong spouse, it seems like I unintentionally threw a ""curved ball, very sorry. We are aware of some of the children of this marriage, Being, Agnes M Lacey , Charles Albert Lacey, Sarah Lacey, James Lacey and maybe more.

The James that married Ruth in 1910........was age 22 at time of marriage (Born 1888)

Ruth was 19 (Born 1891)

I think that might be a different Winifred Maddie. Winifred Ruth Peters who was born in Salford in 1896 also died the same year in Salford. (see Andrew's post).

Are you certain that James Lacey's wife was called Winifred Ruth Peters?

If so then I don't think the above is correct as there is a birth for a Winifred Ruth Peters in 1896 in Salford (don't think she would be marrying in 1910) but there is also a birth for a Ruth Peters in 1890 in Liverpool which would be right for the above information.

EDIT - sorry Andrew, I didn't refresh the page before replying so didn't see your post. Looks like we have both come to the same conclusion though.
