Find Ancestors

Hi,

I seem to have a bit of a conundrum - I have a marriage cert for:
Louisa Caroline Page and Herbert Mace 14 Sept 1920. Louisa is stated as being 23yrs father James Page (deceased).
Now I can find Baptism record for Louisa 9/6/1897 All Saints Rotherhithe Surrey but I can only find a birth cert for a Caroline Louisa Page last qtr 1897 Shoreditch London.
I also can't seem to find census records for her 1901 or 1911 If someone could have a look with fresh eyes I'd really appreciate it.
I know she has brothers and sisters but having real problems with this family.

Reggie I hadn't discounted that one just had found it!
Just confused as that says James born in Millbrook Hampshire and I had him as Clophill, Bedfordshire! which is what Prickly Holly found.

The marriage was in Greenwich which matches with Rotherhithe.

Still need to do some head scratching and maybe start again to see if i've gone wrong somewhere.

The baptism address is the same as the census......................!

Look at 1901...look at the image................and see that 'Hants' has been added later

'Mill Crook' could have been misheard quite easily - or written up incorrectly on the census page

I've now managed to piece some of it together and located the census's that you all managed to find but I hadn't!

I had already found Caroline at the Orphanage - I've tracked it down and emailed them to see if can offer information as to why she might be there and why so far away from the rest of the family. :-(

Hadn't got George in Canada but don't have world wide access - looks like i'll be needing that now.....

I have Louisa Page's death as 1909 also Mary now just need to find James death I know he had died by the time his daughter Louisa Caroline married Herbert Mace as I have the marriage cert.

It is a complicated family as they seem to change their names around I can tell it has been significantly worse and is now slowly getting better!!

This is the only death at the right age, per FreeBMD, but it gives him a middle name, which isn't mentioned at his birth, or in censuses, and the area looks wrong, even to someone who doesn't know London:

The child in the orphanage was born in 1901.....which would have meant that in 1920 she would have been NINETEEN

Caroline was recorded in the orphanage aged 9 on the 1911 census. At the moment I can only assume she was sent there because mother had died and maybe even father and for whatever reason her siblings couldn't/wouldn't look after her.

Still looking into James's death.

And you've ignored the fact that a baptism was posted for that one for 1901, when the one who married aged 23 was baptized in 1897
