I can see that probate record on ancestry (only have a standard sub for GR so can't see it on here) - but there are no order options available on ancestry, so not sure what you will get on GR if you order it. It is in this record set: |

This is what the Ancestry record says - is this the same as the GR one? If so, I don't think that you will get a copy of the will from GR - you could try contacting the Probate Registry at Chester, as mentioned below: |
