It's a lovely day here in South West Wales. The sun is shining and the birds are singing.

Today, the Rugby Union Autumn Internationals kick off, starting with my beloved Wales boys at 2.30pm v Australia.

If any of you follow rugby and care to join me, we will be live on "Radio Jem" (aka The Rugby Thread)and BBC 1 :-D

Kick off is at 2.30pm but I will be live from 11.30 am with a Pre-Match Special, today featuring Welsh themed music etc with a little Aussie thrown in :-D :-D :-D

Jem - just a very quick comment - my F in L died this morning very peacefully in his sleep - now we are very worried about M in L as she says there is nothing left for her. She is also upset as she broke her promise for him to die at home, as he had to move to a nursing home. Sad strange times for us all at the moment.
