I have apologised to Terry for posting the death.

I didn't realise that he was not in contact with his Father...... i would have sent the information privately. :-(

I have PMd Peter's siblings and suggested that Terry purchase a copy of Peter's birth cert to find out who the parents were.

Sorry about the bad news Terry.

His brother Roger died in 2001. He was actually Stephen Roger.

If you search Member trees at the top, your dad's 2 younger siblings are members of this site.

Will send you the link to your uncle's Facebook page. If you scroll down, there is a picture of your dad.

Thanks everyone for your help i don't have a clue who is parents were
All i know is his name is Peter John Downes he is around 60 to 65 now he is known to be living in Pendeford area of Wolverhampton on my birth certificate his occupation then was a Seaman My mothers name was Kathryn Anne Dean i have tried on many occassions to find out from my mother about him but she wont tell me a thing. I believe he had a brother Roger Downes last known living in Eastfields Wolverhampton. Would be grateful of any help i believe i have a sister too but thats all i know.

Are you trying to trace your Fathers siblings??

If your Father is the one born 1950 with Mothers maiden name Stone, you can check out the Downes/Stone births registered in Wolverhampton on the Freebmd link that was posted above.
