The Venue The Courtyard Cafe, Guildhall, Winchester. I am informed that there is easy parking. Also it is easy access by Train. I think we should let Crista pick the Time and Day as she will no doubt have Holiday Plans to accomodate. jim |

Jim, How frustrating, any other time I would have made it especially as daughter lives so near to Winchester. Unfortunately I am away in Lanzarote from 3-17th September. Do take photos wont you? ann Glos |

Apparently it is a fair walk from the Station to the Guildhall. I will run a ferry service if necessary. When we know when it is to be, if any Train Travellers let me know what time they are arriving in Winchester I can meet them at the Station. Jim |

Hi All! Would a weekend or a weekday work best? So far the only weekend day I have free is Sunday the 7th. I'll be coming down through Alton if anyone needs a lift and I can help pick up people from Winchester station too. Look forward to seeing everyone soon! Crista |

I will have to find out, or maybe Kathleen knows, if the Courtyard Cafe is open on Sundays. The 7th clashes with the Kent Family History Fair at maidstone, but what the heck. There'll be another one but there's only one Crista. Jim |

Would like to try to make it to Winchester. Have to find out how to get there from Heathrow - the best way that is, drive or public transport. Any day except Wednesday - I work that day. Kathleen |
