Here's the latest update copied from the Members Board: Max in Houston, Texas (10/11/2003 07:37:15) Hi everyone Update: Vicky has been awake again tonight although she is very subdued. I don't think she remembers too much about the accident at the moment, although she does know where she is. My dad is with me - finally - the past 24 hours have been the longest of my life, without no doubt. As soon as I saw him I started crying :-( with relief more than anything I think. There is no telling just yet how long we are here for - depends on how well Vicky does. Could be a few days - could be 2 weeks! we will know more tomorrow morning. The staff here have been absolutely wonderful and I can't thank them enough - I am checking out of hotel and are going to be staying at a hotel nearer to hospital. I spoke to Jason a few minutes ago and he sounds alot more cheerful tonight, if a little subdued too! max xx
