Carol, so very sorry to hear your sad news, you must be feeling devastated, and just before Christmas too. My Father died on Christmas day 2001 so I know how especially sad it is this time of year. My thoughts are with you and I hope that you will soon rejoin us and gain some comfort from our friendship. Take care Ann Glos

Carol So sad to hear of your loss, knowing when someones time is near, doesn't make it any easier when the time comes. We all imagine the final moments of a very sick loved one, but the end is nearly always so different to what we imagine. My thoughts are with you, God bless Elaine x

Carol my heart goes out to you and your family at this very sad time. Your happy memories will help you through this although you will never forget, but just think there will be another lovely bright star in the sky so just look up at night and see your beloved one there with all the others that has passed on to a better place.They are all only a thought away they never leave us.Be strong. love Jill

Carol, I was saddened to hear of your loss, you will be in our prayers. I lost my mother earlier this year, so know how devastated you must feel, but try to focus on happy moments that you shared in the past, no one can take those away from you. Barbara
