Only like it well-sweetened in crumble with plenty of custard or cream. But as for rhubard yogurt - ugh, far too sharp for my sweet tooth!

Rhubard crumble - yum ! Especially with vanilla ice cream. Then again I like most things with vanilla ice cream. Except prawns. Rick.

Hi Lynn, my wife was given the jelly recipe before we left for France. Loved it, still do when we can find rhubarb, but whats really hard is finding jellies here, so depend on those friends who visit during the year, gawd bless 'em!

Rick Its a cheating recipe really - a tin of value peaches drained and a tin of rhubarb drained with a nice thick layer of ready made crumble mix on top :-) I think I might have to make one tonight, I've got a cold and had to cancel going salsa dancing so I could do with some comfort food. Karen

Rhubarb, orange and ginger crumble is yummy. The orange gets rid of the furriness of the rhubarb. Orange juice works just as well as real oranges. Haven't made it for ages. Thanks for the reminder. Janice

We like rhubarb stirred into greek Yoghurt, the rhubarb has to be sweetened when cooking though otherwise it is too tart. Ann Glos

I love rhubarb and can remember as a child Mum straining the juice then using it to pour over the custard that went on top of the rhubarb crumble. Problem is I don't know how to cook it. Can anyone tell me. Hubby would love it! Naomi
