The Bank has issued me a notice as the Attorney to the Deceased to provide the Next of Kin or have the Account confiscated within the Next 21 official working days since i have been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over the years that i have been searching.On this order,I seek your consent to present you as the Next of Kin to the Deceased since you bear the same surname,as the bank is ready to listen to you provided you have the correct Information of the Account,which i will give to you immediately you agreed to assist me,so that the proceeds of this Bank Account valued at $25Million Dollars can be paid out in your favour. As a Barrister,i have all the necessary Legal Documents that will be used to back up the claim.All I require from you is your honest co-operation to enable us ! see this deal through.I guarantee that this transaction will be executed under a legitimate banking arrangement that will protect you from any breach of law.I have agreed to give you 40% for your assistance,while 60% will be for me.All I requires is your honest,cooperation your private telephone,fax number and your address to enable us seeing this deal through.I guarantee that this will be executed under a legitimate arrangement that will protect you and me from any breach of the law.
