ive been living in kent for the last 14 years or , lived in margate for a couple of years then moved to good old ramsgate, origionally from bracknell in berks sean

I have been living in Stood Kent for over 30 years but was born in Lambeth. Us Kent mob have met up twice in the last few months at Maidstone. The first time was for the history fair at Lock Meadow and lunch, and the second, also at Maidstone,was just for lunch. There were about 15 of us. It went on for about 4 hours. Great fun! Shirley.

Hello I am a Scot but live in Tunbridge Wells and have done for many years and have felt very much at home. On tracing my Australian Mother's roots one branch of her family was married in Charles The Martyr before emigrating. They lived in Frant and Wadhurst.

Sean, A few did meet up last Sunday, combining it with a visit to the Family History fair in Maidstone. I wasn't able to go myself but I'm sure there would be takers for another event sometime.

My mother (nee.COBB) is a 'Kentish Kid' born in Chatham, as was her mother (nee. Parker) and maternal grandmother (nee SWAN). She still regularly meets up with a school friend of hers, she still lives there.

Hi Mel, Me again, I lived in Bromley Common when I was about 15/16 and went to Bromley County Grammar. My first job was a year with a Building Firm at Keston. One of my brothers still lives in Bromley and the other one lives in Gravesend.
