Pauline, I love the Isle of Man, especially if the weather is good, beautiful place. Spent our honeymoon there many moons ago. I've been lucky, have had two hols this year. Went to Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria in Feb with hubby. Our 4th time there, as you can see we like the place! Also had a week in Madrid with my daughter in June, she was at Uni there. Flew out on my own, something that I thought I would never do! Loved Madrid, but it was far too hot, 35/45 C while I was there. Maggy

Just booked for myself and other half to go to Zante in September. We have already had a family holiday in Gran Canaria in June, but this is for my 40th birthday. Got a good deal too, 3 star plus in Laganas, self catering apartment, £368 for both of us!! In the brochure it is £300+ for one, before flights supplments and everything else. Last year was the first time we had been away without the children, and it was for HIS 40th. We went to Cyprus in May and had a great time. I fretted about the kids for a week and don't think they had even noticed I had gone!!! Best wishes, Carol.
