Claire I have had a miscarriage myself, my mother had 3 miscarriages, my sister-in-law lost a baby at 5 and a half months, my mother-in-law's first baby died at 2 minutes' old. It is absolutely devastating and I am so sorry for you and your daughter and partner. You need time to grieve. On the positive side, my mother, mother-in-law, sister in law and self all gave birth to two healthy children after our losses. Thinking of you. nell

oh claire. i don't really post on here much but i know how you are all feeling. i had a miscarriage 2weeks ago today. i was nearly 12weeks pregnant. it is the most awful experience after pinning your hopes on this little baby. it must be hard for you to know what to do, i didn't want to talk about it but needed people around to keep my mind active. i have only just gone back to work and life is getting back to normal. take care shirley

Had the sad news this morning that my daughter had lost her baby, Lots of you have adviced and shared the wedding plans with me earlier this year and gave us food for thought with unusal names for the new arrival. You are a good kind lot and i know you will be there if i need a shoulder
