By the way Anne, Today I priced up a scratching post at our High Street petshop. £16.00 I found the identical item at Zodiac (A Cheapo pound shop) for £4.99. Same packaging and everything. It was well worth it just for the entertainment value, Especially when Dooley was standing with all four feet on top of the post and watching the telly.

Hi Jim lol.........erm lets not go down the route of money :O but I know what you mean. I am currently making a list of things I need and where to get them - Argos is quite reasonable, and there is a couple of pet 'superstores' nearby for the extras!! Just trying to find a second hand 'stair gate' at the mo - gonna make a 'Berlin Wall' for when I'm at work lol......
