John Believe me, you will just know you are meeting the right crowd. I went alone to the Winchester meet in a pub and just asked at the bar if there was a group seated anywhere ( pub had alcoves etc.) We mostly had only talked on the boards but had a great time getting to know each other. Someone took blank stick-on labels which some wore at first until we remembered their names. |

We could try under the clock in Victoria Station (train station) if before - say 12.45. Anyone arriving after that maybe going straight to the pub. Though anyone not sure of the how to get to the pub might prefer to meet up with someone else first. Please don't say we all have to wear pink - my most unfavourite colour!!! I could bring my little teddy bear which is what we used at the first meetings to identify ourselves. So if you see an old lady carrying a little teddy - that's me!! Kathleen |

Kathleen, if anyone sees an old lady it will NOT be you!!!! Good suggestions there - set a time to meet at Victoria, then set a time to adjourn to the pub. Just need nice clear directions - including which exit from station - for gormless folk like me. Don't worry - no-one will be able to miss the group - you will probably be able to hear us about a mile away! Maz. XX |
