Paul You & Lisa do whatever you wish, flirt to the cows come home it means nothing to me. But alough i dont mind people replying to others on a thread, Both you And Lisa tend to take over a thread and use it as you would do on chat. Most of the time your conversation goes in a different direction than the stated topic. All I was pointing out was, that there are places where you can have a good natter other than someone elses thread! John I got together 14 years ago with my hubby, we started dancing at a mutual friends wedding, the rest is history ! I thought it would be interesting to find if anyone found love on GR. E x |

Elaine - I met my fella thru 'Love at Lycos' We started seeing each other as friends to start with, and it progressed from there! We are very happy and have been together for 10 months now :) |

Not via GR - but a common surname in our trees was one of the first things we ever talked about - that and my printer lol - and that was nearly 5 years ago. We then took our conversations onto messenger - as we didnt want to bore people with them - we have been married for 3 yrs in February. Husband is also a member of Genes site so I suppose you could say we have a romance hehehehe |

AFTERNOON GUYS & GIRLS well another lovely evening, he turned up in a very nice suit, pocket watch n all, so i got dressed up ,high heels long dress and makeup, we had an italian meal then dropped the car back home and walked to the pub. OUCH my feet are killing me blisters on the balls of my feet and toes!!! Tottered home, a bottle of wine and retired for the night. MY 2 eldest kids, son in law and 2 future daughter in laws, met him and thought he was great, i've just dropped him off at the station, so i am collapsed in front of the pc. Last night i got the 3 little words, wow, what a surprise a bolt out of the blue, or cupids arrow??? Looks like i'll have no problem filling the matron of honour or my bridesmaids, due to my gc friends offers!! LOL all i need now is the proposal!!! and i can dress up like a blancmange. lol sandra (whose blisters are not like walking on bubblewrap) |
