two techniques 1. SMILE - now matter how bad things are, there's no point in wailing and moaning - if you try and stay cheerful it helps no end 2. TALK - sometimes it's great to talk things sthrough - sometimes it's great to just talk about any old rubbish to take your mind of things... but keep talking... thats what your friends are for (and if you don't have any, go and see a counsellor)... I would have cracked up (even more lol) if not for some of the lovely people on here (you know who you are !)

i agree paul it's good to talk.i know from experience that if talking with a friend or member of the family is too hard then see a counciller.they are not there to judge you or tell you how you are feeling.that has to be done by you.and also like you said no matter how bad life is.KEEP SMILING.love and hugsxxxxxxxxx(:

I tend to hibernate and not really show others how i am feeling unless it really gets me down.... having parents that can't hear means i never really learnt to TALK about things.... still bottle things up then explode when really angry!! :O) Not good but true.... still have my painted face for outside the flat tho and smile and laugh whenever I can.

1. A good cry 2. A real good shout 3. Bend the ears of someone close 4. Pick myself up 5. Dust myself down 6. And stick that smile back on my face ... in that order too! Mandy :)

I know you are babe and it's easier talking to you lot on here than it is my own family..... they have seen me as the one that copes for so long that they can't accept that sometimes I am the one that needs support!! :O) As for the alcohol..... without doubt the dark nights would be worse without that glass bottle of Red!! :O)

Aren't you all good. I find swearing helps a lot. And kicking. I gloated over the demise of our old photocopier. Told it was going to the great scrap heap in the sky. And what has arrived in the office today? SON OF PHOTOCOPIER. Think I'll invest in some steel capped boots!
