What was your favorite pudding at school? I loved choclate concrete with pink custard.anyone got the recipe?

Well there were no puddings in high school, just pick whatever's on the shelf and pay for it. In primary school I remember my favourite was biscuit and pineapple slices. If anyone know what the biscuit was could you tell me as we never told. Would love to get it again.

primary school there was a rice crispy kind of cake thing with custard, MMmmmm, nice, LOL. hated rice pudding especially when they put the jam in the middle and would stir it in, yuck, still gives me nightmares now, LOL.

I would eat anything but wartime school meal custard was made with soya flour - and was Yukky!!! Even I hated that. Loved the tapioca and rice puddings though.

Chocolate chip pudding with chocolate sauce was the best. Hated gypsy tart, that horrible pink custard, and pineapple "snow". When rice pudding with a teaspoon of grated chocolate was on the menu, half the school used to take the teaspoon of grated chocolate and say no to the rice pudding. Angela

My favourite was chocoate pudding with chocolate sauce. I worked on school meals for 12 years and it was still my favourite. David, our Manchester tart had bananas in the custard, didn't yours? Maggy
