I put the potatoes on to boil for a bit so I could roast them, that was about 35 minutes ago, I have just remembered them, I think we will have mash instead! not my fault GR's fault!! everything on here is so interesting I forget everything else. Sue

Yes Sue, I put the oven on to heat up, and forgot to put anything in it!, by the time I have caught up with the threads I become so engrossed, and things get forgotten!.

Sue - mash them as best as is possible, then put them in a dish under the grill to brown them - yummy!! Joy

All sorted I have just put some more on to boil and I have put the timer on, just hope I hear it. Joy and Maz thanks for your suggestions, I will try those next time, it's bound to happen again. Sue
