Fascinating thread, and some amazing stories. Thank goodness you are all still here! Nell...as far as I know there was no 2d coin in the pre-decimal days....(and I AM (just about) old enough to remember)! Either you stuck two pennies down your throat or a threepenny bit! Dee x
