Gommas are those rubbery chewy sweets, often look like multi coloured worms, or they do ones with suger on. |

8 small eating apples,8wooden skewers, For the toffee. 8oz soft brown sugar,1oz unsalt butter,1 tbsp.goldensyrup,5 tbsp. Water,1 t-ps. Vinegar.Place all ingrediants in a heavy bottom pan.stirring gently until all the sugar has dissolved then bring to boil,cook briskly until a ndrop of the mixture inoto a bowl of cold water snaps briskly Remove from heat and dip in apples,turning in liquid to get full coverage.
