Hi Chloe At least we've got the weather for it......storm clouds not due in South East until Wednesday. So that's one less thing for you to worry about. Wishing you all the very best. I'm off to get some Rescue Remedy for tomorrow!!! LOADS OF GOOD LUCK from Natalie

Good luck to Chloe and all others about to take their test. I failed first time and knew as I left the test centre that I was pleased as I didn't feel ready to drive on my own. I re-sat a month later, felt better about the whole thing and ready to be on my own and I passed. One of my achievements just before I reached 40! Good luck and stop daydreaming! Jacky :-)

Good luck Chloe, The examiners know we're nervous - I took my test a year ago and as we were going he said to me "you are aloud to breathe you know" my heart was pounding like an express train! It was also in an automatic and I passed - don't know how I managed without it before - it's my lifeline now. All the very best Kxx

Ah well, it was interesting.... I didn't pass, and yet I didn't fail either! I didn't get to take my friggin' test!! It's due to a recall of Peugeot 206's built before 2002, something rare with the braking system. Because I didn't know, I didn't have it checked out. So I couldn't take my test. I was so nervous. The rescue remedy really calmed me down though. That's £40 gone!!! So dad is taking my car to a dealer tomorrow to have it checked. I have re-booked my test for 9th November at 3:27, a more difficult time mind, and have had to take the afternoon off work. I go on holiday to Boston on the 10th, so let's hope I pass and then I won't be in a foul mood. Mum's and Dad's cars didn't start this morning either..... very bad day for cars in the Perren household! Thanks for all of the support. I will no doubt get all nervous again in two weeks time. Good luck to Natalie with your test tomorrow. Will be thinking of you. Sure you'll be fine. Get that rescue remedy down you!!! ;-) Chloe x

Sorry to hear that all didn't go to plan today. - And there was me mentally picturing you driving sedately along the roads of Chichester! Hope you get your car fixed and it's good to hear that the recue remedy helped. No need to worry next time then!!

Oh Chloe, what a nightmare! I do feel sorry for you. How frustrating. You did ask us for a 'miracle' to make sure you wouldn't fail, though! What a disappointment. Anyway, at least you've now got a couple more weeks to get loads of practice in. Also you'll be so thrilled, next time, to actually be taking your driving test, that you won't be as nervous as most. I'll be thinking of you when I take mine tomorrow. I'll try and think more positively about it now!!! Let's try and make sure we're BOTH driving by Christmas! Natalie

Hi.Chloe,The best thing to do is just forget the examiner,if you can and just relax into it.Remember,He had to pass his Test at one time .As for Adjusting your mirror,Once it is set you should,nt need to alter it for reversing.Best Wishes,Hal.Sorry you could,nd take your test after getting all tense.Next time,Take it in an Auto Jag.The examiner will be that bowled over with it ,he,ll pass you,Whatever.Good luck.
