Hi Jenny the colder the weather the worse it is, i've been like it since feb 2002, you just cope, there are people worse off than me, i had 14 spinal jabs in feb but they didn't work, my sister had 3 discs removed in may and now they want to take another one out, as she can hardly walk. I have told the Drs i'm not having anything else done until i can't cope any longer. But your right the pills do mess up everything else, i have had to have mine changed and loads of scans on my insides as they thought my liver was failing, but it all came back clear. I shall dive in the bath in a minute for a warm soak and then its shopping today and pay some bills. have a good day sandra

Sorry missed that bit. never heard off a wheat bag. Do you get them from the health food shop? i do not think my cramp is due to circulation. I frequently press the end of my toes and they go back pink imediatley. They are always warm too.

Sandra I have heard about that comlaint. It must be terrible to live with. How on earth do you cope? I have suffered frm joint trouble since i was 23. Have tried all sorts f medication. Ledderfen, Opren, Indocid, Naprosan and volatrol. taking Napsrossan at the moment and Codiene. I have a nasty flre up and go bck on the tablets. After a few days all eases and i cme off them again. Sometime I can go months without any problems At the moment I seem to be having so many different things wrong with me. But hate to keep on going to the Dotors.

sorry, i was adding my 2 pennyworth to the poaching thread, i have spondylosis of the spine and neck, in constant pain, also arthritus, the morphine is kicking in now so not so bad. I came down to my sons washing up, and a dead mouse, at 4 am, its the 8th one this year, my neighbours in their late 70's have 4 sheds and an aviary so i have to have traps down all the time, they reckon they haven't seen any mice or droppings, but they are both blind as bats. sandra
