Little Lost Report 29 Nov 2004 07:29

Hi, first time I had seen the Fan chart. Printed it of and it was fine. Shame there is not much room to write all the names in the boxes but I am sure I could draw my own but bigger. Just need a big piece of paper now. LOL Gloria

I downloaded and saved to disk last night. Just read the post so I thought I'd see how my fan printed. Printed using the print button on Adobe 6.0 although had to change it to landscape myself. I do not have the black and grey boxes but..... all the text is in bold and the lines of the fan are faint, almost like the printer has run out of ink....but it hasn't! I'm running Windows ME on a pc/laptop, have Adobe 6.0 and use an Epson Stylus C44UX. Any help Michelle? Viv

Thanks for your response Chrstine. Here is what our tech person is saying: 'If you can find out which version of Adobe they have, and perhaps which Operating System (OS) they use (Mac or PC). This way we'll stand a chance of identifying the 'common' problem.' If anyone that is experiencing the black squares on the fan chart can answer this (either by posting) or sending a message directly it would be really helpful.
