Hi Bev . I thought that your "I'm sure I know you moment "came when the man on the Food Hygiene course said he had noticed you on the train and then assumed you were part of his group and led us on a wild goose chase upto the 4th floor LOL Bren |

Yes, the loos were very posh, definately worth a trip to the Waterhouse, just to visit them! I did try and open the bookcase on the landing as there were some interesting old books, but they were locked!!! Anyone would think that someone might try to steal them!!! There was a bit of a 'I'm sure I know you moment' though as both Brendas sister and myself were both familiar to each other!!! still dont know where from...Jane, if you suddenly have any ideas, let me know.. Just warming up today.. See you all in March. Bev:) |

I'm sorry - I dont see how it can possibly have been the creme de la creme when I was stuck in Glasgow!!! Glad you all had a fab time - still waiting to find out what I had to drink and eat - but I definitely felt very full and wibbly all afternoon. Tried to call you all to scream obscenities down the phone but Lady She was ignoring me ringing. |

We had a great laugh though didnt we? I loved the Waterhouse - it was enchanting - all the different rooms and that gorgeous big book case upstairs - interesting selection of books in it though. I think the people who were looking into our room really wanted to join cos we were all enjoying ourselves. Still cant believe Paul had a 'roo burger lol it did smell lovely |

It certainly was a day to remember, I enjoyed meeting Malc too, how lucky for us that he had business in Manchester on that day, he's such a nice fella. Thanks to Keith for ferrying us around again, he's a real gent!! The malicious person that cancelled our meal at the Chinese actually did us a favour, our lunch was superb. And Dilys Granny Mommylegs popped in on her way to another arrangement, I hope I meet her again, she's lovely, in fact it was a very nice group, Bev another newcomer was great fun. Thanks to Andy oop North and Paul for going up in the Manchester Eye with me. You can tell I enjoyed myself, cant stop talking about it. June xx |

Forgot about that guy in the pub who must have spent a minute or so staring at us all sat there. Was wondering who was going to blink first, him or She! |

think I might come back again in the run up to Christmas if only for the gluhwein, mmmm! Fell asleep for most of the journey back, luckily managed to wake up in time in order to get off at Darlington, lol. Yep, need a clear day for the Manchester Eye but still good fun nonetheless. |
