Paul your opinion is respected as are the others, i/we aren't trying to tell anyone what to do, and there is no you or us as in oldies or newbieswe all pay,have you read all the replies, i put this thread up to try and make people, including myself sit up and think about why some of the members have stopped posting, who have alot of life skills and things that can be passed on to others,serious and funny,and the last few days their has been a happy medium of threads that are serious and funny, and this has been a good thing without any arguments, just constructive critism in the way we see things differently. have a good day sandra |

Hi Mary I've added a few bits to this thread and my comments definitely did not relate to your panto, there's obviously loads of work going into it and its funny. No, I personally just think the cups of tea and putting the cat out should be on the chat board. There's nothing wrong with those threads but the chat board is the place for them - in my opinion though. Obviously not everyone's going to agree and that's fine. Jan |

This was sent to me a few weeks ago - A college student challenged a senior citizen saying it was impossible for their generation to understand his. "You grew up in a different world," the student said. "Today we have television, jet planes, space travel, nuclear energy, computers . . . " Taking advantage of a pause in the student's litany, the senior citizen said, "You're right. We didn't have those things when we were young. So we invented them!" |

Hi Sandra, Lately I havent contributed to the board as I like a bit of banter and some fun and it has been severely lacking.I dont mean to offend anyone and I hope no-one takes offence but I used to enjoy chipping in with the odd thread for a laugh and some company.I just dont see much to contribute to lately, Best wishes,Fee B x |
