I consider myself very lucky - last year when Isobel was born - Michele from Haslemere from this site sent me to little fairy bears - one for me and one for Isobel - for our trees with the message that all we have to do is hold the little bear and our love will be sent to the other person - And Jo Reeder and her little niece have that with their special baubles - I am blessed to have a son and daughter in law - and Isobels other Granny - Jane , who tell the little one how much she is loved over there and over here -

She and Paul, What a lovely thing for them to do, you are closer to them, than some parents are to their sons on their doorstep. Love June xx

So true June....my son lives next door and I see less of him now than I did when he was in the Navy and traveling the globe. Thanks Sheila for that lovely thought at the end of a very pleasant w/end x Gerri

just been sent a picture of our princess at her party - she is wearing the pretty pink dress we sent her - and to see her in it and that smile which would melt an iceberg - makes me so proud of my son and his wife - she is such a happy contented child - what more could I wish for (apart from to hug her) the only way to describe her is - she shines - She one very soppy but proud granny
