Don't panic, that's when we buy daft things. Have a good think before you hit the shops about each recipient and make a list of possibles..........don't be diverted. Easy to say, of course. And keep to your budget!!

Hi Christine, I'm not allowed to put decorations outside. Sniff. The inflatable decs (about 2ft tall generally) slowly get inflated in the run up to Christmas. We have two snowmen, a reindeer, several Santas, a penguin, 2 Christmas trees and a candy cane. There is no floor space when they are all done. We used to have a 6ft inflatable Santa that stood on the landing but he got so many leaks that he had to go. Gwynne

Morning Christine, Not much planned today. I need a rest after a busy day yesterday. I'll probably blow up some more inflatable decorations later. Pub quiz tonight as usual. Hope everyone has a peaceful day. Gwynne

Shall go down the town today Julie, if we get there befor 10, then we can park!.. trouble is, nowhere is open till 11, so we have a coffee in Starbucks and look round the market, it is good on a Sunday, a lot of gift and craft stalls on it, there is a great cake stall, Tom's cakes, he makes the most delicious cheese scones, proper home-made, and big!..
