Sadly it looks like the current two are making a bit of a stand, hope we take one soon or it could head for a draw.

It's over here, Jeanette. We then tour Australia in Dec 2006/Jan 2007. Surely, they'll have retired Warne-y by then, lol.

Now you're talking Andy! Wouldn't mind seeing England beat the Aussies. Is it here or in Oz next year? Jeanette x

Boring? Pah! If we're talking boring then step forward and take a bow, the so-called "beautiful game" At last we're managing to achieve something in test cricket, so much so that we have an outside chance of wrestling the Ashes from those smirking Aussies, next year. As for this series, if we go 2-0 up then it's a devastating blow for SA, as that's twice now where we've given them a glimpse of possible victory then snatched it away from them. They are not a settled squad, unlike our own these days and are missing the experience of players such as Gary Kirsten who used to provide the backbone for many of their innings.

I don't mind cricket too much and I do actually understand it! lol. But I spend half my summer making flaming cricket teas and listening to the blokes arguing about the games in the pub afterwards. I just wouldn't mind a break from it now and again. Still it's keeping him quiet! Jeanette x
